I checked what's wrong with your site and found following issues (and spoiler alert: I have fixed them too!):
The problem with the link in the popup: I changed the shortcode to the correct one, [wpv-post-url] – this just gives the plain URL, whereas [wpv-post-link] you have used generates the entire HTML <a> element.
I finally got it working on the map also, after some testing 
Here's how:
1. I set the Map Location Image & Link View so it uses a Query FIlter of Post Relationship and takes the post ID from shortcode attribute named venue.
2. Now in each Map Location's View you will have to add this attribute. I've done it for Wyndham and Lyceum. The attribute's value id the Post ID of the Venue.
If you don't give the ID in the attribute, the View will default to displaying Barking in Essex.
