Types & WPML

I am not sure should I ask in here or on WPML support.

Plugins:
Types + WPML + WPML + WPML Translation Management

1) After I installed plugins above, I got new option "Translation preferences" under each custom field design panel:
- Do nothing
- Copy from original
- Translate
There are several fields such as publication date, url, image that I want to have same value cross different translation. So I choose "Copy from original " for these fields.
This option works, but it doesn't allow the field to be changed other than original language. I would like user able to change this type field in any translation. Then the field shall use the newest value in all translations. Is this possible?

2) Parent-Child field
After I publish the child item, parent-child filed (both parent & child custom post types are multi-language) is available for input. If I choose one value from this field and update, it keeps the value. However, if I switch to other translation, the field becomes blank, and I have to choose the same value (but in different translation) for this field.
I thought the field is related by its ID. So I pick up the value (should save as ID) in one translation. I shall see the same value in other translation?
Use author name and article custom post types for example: Author & Article has 1 to many relationship. Both has 2 languages for translations: English & Spanish. I create a new article and fill the required fields and publish. Now I can see author field available. I pick up the right author name in English. I switch to Spanish and I expect to see the author name display in Spanish and I don't need to enter again.

3) How do I translate the custom field name (label)?

I hope my questions is not too hard to understand. If anything is unclear to you, please ask. I can even post the screen shot or setup testing account for you.

Thanks,
Darren
