I currently have a DB with 1000's of records. Is there a way to tie those existing records (children) to other records (parents). How would I do that?

Would setting up the custom post type for a single post, then creating a view for it and placing it on a page be the best practice for achieving this? It seems like a slightly convoluted way to do things?

Hi – I just tried to upgrade Types to 1.2.1 and got the following error message:
The plugin wp-types/wpcf.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.
I was using Installer
I'm on a multi-site but I was only activating it on one of the sites, not network wide. It activated fine when I installed it previously (the version before 1.2).
Please can you advise what i should do.

When I looked into the wp-types folder on FTP it was empty and so I tried to upload manually but that wouldn't work either. I think this is an issue with my host so I'll close this ticket.

You are using "and" logic in your views option "Relationship to use when querying with multiple custom fields:",
if there isn't any post fulfill all condition you will get any results for data,
I suggest remove all filters, added one by one, check if is there any posts
