Thank you for the quick reply. I don't know how to go back to the prior version.
It sounds like I could get the prior behavior by editing a parameter to a WordPress API call in one of the plugin's php files. Perhaps you could direct me to the file correct file/function, and I can edit it…?

That would resolve the problem for me, until it is resolved in a later version of the plugin.
