Just received the email:
"Excellent customer service is important to us, and we want to make sure that all support tickets are resolved to your satisfaction.

If you are happy that this matter has been resolved, can you please confirm so we can mark it as closed?

If you're still having problems do let us know and we'll do our best to help you out."

My issue is not resolved, so please do not mark as resolved.
