I'm running the latest version of WordPress and all plugins. WordPress 3.5.1., Types Version 1.2, Views Version 1.2 (I have managed to activate views again)
I deleted – Types, Views, and the WPML plugins…. Then reinstalled one by one through the installer. After many tries and getting constant errors "An unexpected HTTP Error occurred during the API request" I finally was able to reinstall all …. although types is still showing as "install now" in installer even though it is installed and activated.
I switched the theme to Twenty Ten and the text is showing. I'll continue to search through the theme files for what it could be but this problem but I'm sure this only happened after updating Views.
