I'm not sure of your meaning of "access" but the page on the site where the search results shortcode lives can be found at:
Dashboard > Pages – Tree View > Search Results (at bottom of list)
Alternately, you could run a search from the right column on the home page and then click Edit Page on the Admin bar.
