According to this release: http://weavertheme.com/weaver-ii-version-1-3-2/, Weaver II version 1.3.2 adds automatic support for WooCommerce plugin. So you don't need to worry about integration since the theme automatically supports it if you have that version. If you are not using version 1.3.2, you might upgrade your theme to have it supported by WooCommerce automatically. If you have questions about your theme, you need to contact their support here: http://forum.weavertheme.com/ .
