Dear Steve,
When you define a new custom fields group you get an option to choose the post type were the custom fields group will be displayed. Each custom fields group can display on different content types or different taxonomy.
What I would suggest, if you have not already, is to create a custom post type
Go to Types -> Custom Types and Taxonomies
and here 'Add Custom Post Type' name it for instance 'Accommodations' and save the new custom post type.
This would be the post type that you assign the custom field group that you have created earlier, now this group will only show on this custom post type and not in all your other post types or pages.
