Update. On all the forms where I had this problem, I had some text and a couple of links (to help files) above the shortcode for the forms. I simply went in and place a line feed /CR (hit the Enter key) before the shortcode. Both the other forms began displaying properly in IE.
SO, where I had this:
<a href="http://mysite.org/wp-content/uploads/helpfiles/Enter_Article_help.mp4" target="_blank">Enter Article Help</a> <a href="http://mysite.org/wp-content/uploads/helpfiles/Images_help.mp4" target="_blank">Insert Image Help</a>
[cred-form form="Create News Article"]
I changed it to this:
<a href="http://mysite.org/wp-content/uploads/helpfiles/Enter_Article_help.mp4" target="_blank">Enter Article Help</a> <a href="http://mysite.org/wp-content/uploads/helpfiles/Images_help.mp4" target="_blank">Insert Image Help</a>

Sometime its the simple things!
