Dear Kathy,
Sorry it's not working the first time.. Right now, I am using conditional Views output http://wp-types.com/documentation/user-guides/conditional-html-output-in-views/
in your Views template in your Single Property Rental. This will display the custom field values only if they are not empty. If they are empty, they are not displayed and no dashes and ones anymore.
I have implemented and updated three of your posts which are as follows:
http://tri-wrealestate.com/rental_property/r145-trott-blvd-cranberry-village/
http://tri-wrealestate.com/rental_property/r32-mariners-lighthouse-point/
http://tri-wrealestate.com/rental_property/b90-jozo-weider-blue-mountain/
To implement with the rest of your posts, you need to update all of them, follow the steps below:
1.) Go to Rental properties custom post type list: http://tri-wrealestate.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=rental_property
2.) Open each post by clicking the edit link and simply click the "Update" button (you don't need to do anything just click the update button).. This will update the custom field values in the database to set empty.
I already updated three of your posts( stated earlier) so you can see an actual example.
3.) Confirm that they are displayed correctly in the front end by opening the page in the browser.
For your update. Thanks.
Cheers,
Emerson
