Comparison not parsing to URL

Hi

I'm trying to create a comparison using the tutorial at this link: http://wp-types.com/documentation/user-guides/creating-side-by-side-feature-comparison-with-views/

I have made the listing with checkboxes to select the options to be compared, but when I click on the "Compare" button, it brings up all of the options (not just the ones that were selected). I'm battling to understand what I am doing wrong.

Here is a summary of what I have done:
* I made a View to list the products, with a checkbox on the side to select products for comparison. The checkbox should pull a value from a unique ID that I made for each product (combination of letters and numbers)
* I added this View to a page.
* I made a second view to display the comparison results, and added that view to a page.

When I click on "Compare", I am taken to the page:
http://mydomain.com/comparison-results-shared-hosting-packages/?sh-package-id%5B%5D=
Instead of:
http://mydomain.com/comparison-results-shared-hosting-packages/?sh-package-id%5B%5D=AVRLBGP001
(where AVRLBGP001 is the unique identifier)

Should I post the links here? Or is there any other information that I need to add for help?

Thanks,
Shannon
