types and views in mu-plugins folder

Hi,
I know there is a possiblity to embedd types or views explained on the site, but what if i put types or views in the mu-plugins folder instead? I tried this combined with a load file in the mu-plugins root and got it running, so it seems. Only icons in the admin menu can't be found. Can you confirm that Types and views will run steady when placed in mu-plugins? I read activation hooks are not processed in this folder, but I don't see any problems yet.)
