The wordpress custom user Role name is different from display name, if the display name is "Operador Turistico Gratis", then you need use "operador_turistico_gratis" in wpv-if shortcode, for examle:
[wpv-if evaluate="('[wpv-current-user info="logged_in"]' = 'true') AND ('[wpv-current-user info="role"]' = 'operador_turistico_gratis')"]
