I would like to add the following feature to my view. But somehow, I can not find the right way to go about it.
We sell tours, which have a duration e.g. 7 days. This is stored in a numeric field called 'tours-duration'. Now we would like to add the option to our parametric filter for visitors to filter based on lenght. However, these lenghts are pre-defined e.g. 1-7 days, 8-17 days etc. Furthermore, the visitor should be able to select multiple instances (hence, multiple checkboxes seems logical). I would not like to have 2 fields as often mentioned such as: min/max lenght as checkboxes are preferred. Also, it would be great if I didn't have to add another custom field/taxonomy and it could all be based on the intial numeric field.
I hope someone can assist me and explain how I can make this.
