apply the parsing function to the output function

Hi,

I am using WP-types in combination with CM Tooltip Glossary. Now is this not working in the custom fields i have created because CM Tooltip GLossary is only looking in the_content.
In the FAQ of CM Tooltip GLossary it says I need to apply the parsing function to the output function used by sitebuilding plugin.

Now i do hope that you can guide me in the right direction in how to achieve this in combination with WP-Types and the Types field php api?
