1) in your case, csv_post_post is not required, and you can leave it blank
2) I am not familiar with the plugin "Really Simple CSV Importer", I put it into our to-do list as a feature request, our developers will take care of it
3) It is depends on you, and I agree it is easiest way to classify the imported posts
