Posts/Page titles not displaying on Bootstrap 3 theme with Layouts

Hi,

My Posts and Page titles are not displaying even though I have the option checked on the Layouts demo for Bootstrap 3 theme (using Layouts). I'm using all the Toolset Plugins (up to date), and I've tried with every other plugin turned off to determine that's not the issue.
