Ok so I have added a row
I set the to row background extends to full width
I have attempted many times to set the row background image but it never displays the image.
I can set it to a color with now problem
I know the URL is correct because if I use developer tools and then click the row and the background: url resolves and can open it in a new tab with out an issue. It just won't open with in Bootstrap-3 template with layouts
Any suggestions?
