View Filter Not Working with Custom Field

I have set up a View with Parametric Filter.
I have 5 different taxonomy (city, price, ratings etc) and some custom field (area, etc).
The View I set up is to display (i) taxonomy (city) = current page AND (ii) custom field (area) = shortcode attribute.
The page is display perfectly except when I use the filter. The filter doesn't seem to work because when I select other taxonomy (varing the price , ratings etc), it returns all results with custom field = shortcode attribute.
What did I do wrong?
