This relates to one of the problems reported previously via http://wp-types.com/forums/topic/cred-e-mail-notification-to-author-not-working/
Although the CRED e-mail 'Send notification to author' is now working in CRED V1.2.6, the other issue I reported is still broken;
If I insert [wpv-post-author] into the e-mail text, then the author's username does not appear in the received e-mail.
The same issue applies to any author meta data fields which are included in the notification e-mail.
Could you have a look please and let me know if this can be fixed.
