If it will ask for a WordPress username and password. The username is admin and the password is test
Its a Classified site without WPML plugins enabled. If you have an entire WPML plugin license (from wpml.org) and want to upgrade to a multilingual classifieds site. Just let me know. I suggest to backup the site after duplicator extraction so you can have a restore point in case something went wrong. If you still see issues on blank screen, please enable WordPress debug mode: http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
Then open a new ticket for this issue with the error logs reported, screenshots and steps how to see this error. So it can be replicated on our end. Otherwise, you can close this ticket if you are happy with the site after installation
