I see, we are using the same version of both plugins. First of all I would recommend you to access your account, download all Toolset plugins, then upload all via FTP again.
If it doesn't solves your problem, I would ask you to test it only using Toolset plugins and the SEO Ultimate, also using a default wordpress theme. Please let me know your findings.
