I have a view with parametric search that includes filter controls for a number of custom fields and taxonomies. The filter controls are showing content that's only been used in draft posts, even though the view is filtered to only show published posts. For example, a U.S. State dropdown filter control will display a state, even if that state is only used on a post that is in draft status. If that state is selected in the filter, the search does not display the post, because of the publish view filter. But how do I limit the filter controls from also displaying draft content?
