Same functionality like backend but for frontend for Groups of Repeating tables

Hello.

Just bought CRED forms plugin with hope it can resolve this problem.
I did Groups of Repeating Fields like in tutor: http://wp-types.com/documentation/user-guides/creating-groups-of-repeating-fields-using-fields-tables/

I have page, where i need to add one or more same(child) forms. Just have button (Add form) and one more form will be showed on the same page.
Exactly like in this functionality http://d7j863fr5jhrr.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/child-form.png but for frontend.
