Can't insert Types fields…

I can't seem to insert any of my custom fields created with Types into either a Views template or WP post. Anytime I try to insert one of the Types fields, my WordPress/browser interface goes dark and my only way out of it is to click on the screen – which brings me back to the page I was on, with nothing being changed or inserted. This used to work perfectly when I first installed Types and Views a couple of weeks ago, but doesn't anymore. Are there specific settings that need to be set to allow this functionality?
