Date format in a Cred form with [wpv-post-today]

Hello,

I'm using the hook provided by Caridad in this post :

The hook seems to work fine, but there is one issue in the end. When I place it in my Cred form, after submitting the form, it seems the month and date are inverted. For example, current date is April, 13 2014 and get : January, 1 2015

My Wordpres configuraiton is global parameters date : 13 avril 2014
