Can anybody tell me if there is a way to define a simple custom field to add a date to every post, and then sort the output on that date, without diving into the code? If I do have to dive into the code, will someone please tell me which of the hundreds of php files I need to change?
I am complete newbie to this forum; I have an MS in computer science and years of programming experience, but I am totally lost when reading these posts. I bought the Views plugin because is promised to enable me to customize my site without php programming, but all I see in these threads is php programming.
