Disqus comments in content templates

Hello,

Is there anyway to insert the Disqus comment system in a View's content template for a custom post type? I'm would like to insert it in a tab, but with no View's comment shortcode I'm unsure on how to do this. I have the Disqus plugin installed which overrides the WordPress commenting system.
