Not a great start with Toolset – straight away the Installer plugin doesn't work so I had to upload the plugins manually.
I've set up the Classifieds demo on our site and though everything works fine with the default Classifieds theme, if I switch it to something else – for example the Genesis base theme or even a WordPress default theme such as Twenty Twelve, the shortcodes aren't getting picked up. Just in case this was an issue with my own installation I've changed theme on our official discover-wp account and see exactly the same problem. For example the My Account page:

It's even worse if I use my Dynamik/Genesis theme builder plugin – all pages are completely blank.
I've contacted support and am still waiting for help, and have also asked for links to documentation but told there aren't any available: 'we are finishing the update of it has we speak and will have it published during next week'.
I'm really, really unhappy with this purchase. Nearly $300 spent and nothing works, and there isn't even documentation available so I can try and fix things myself.
If anyone can tell me how I can get the Classifieds system to work with other themes I'd appreciate it but it's looking likely that I'll be giving up today and asking for a refund. Even if I get this working it doesn't bode well for the future.
