Would the steps to build the Twitter Boostrap Real Estate child theme be the same in building a Real Estate theme with a responsive child theme for Genesis? I know how to modify a Genesis Child Theme Homepage to a degree, so this may work, but is there more than just that to following the instructions you have for a Real Estate Theme?
