We have moved on to a new staging domain, http://cnsv6r.dreamhosters.com as we are now building the site on a different framework theme.
This issue has now been in your court for over 2 weeks and I have someone developing on a new framework. I would still like to hear an answer from you but, I can't afford to stick with Toolset for much longer. It takes 3-4 days to hear back from you each time. I know I am not your only customer but, I am paying for expedited tech support and I know this is a simple question but, I just can't figure it out myself. This issue has now been holding up the release of our beta test for a week and I haven't heard back from you. So, I need to make a decision soon on which framework to stick with.
I will thank you in advance for an expedited answer on this, and I hope it won't take another 3-4 days.
