CRED Form – show msg if user has no right to use it

Your product is good – nice work.

For particular role, I have configured that it cannot use a particular CRED form. When this user views the PAGE having this form, user can see the page but without the form. Which is good but is it possible to show a message conveying user "You do not have privilege to do yyyyy. Please contact xxxxx".
