I just now was able to see the My Account page correctly as an Admin.
As a Advertiser listing a Classified, I cannot see my profile information shown in this screenshot: http://cl.ly/image/1h01450X2I3z . The emails work, it posts the Free ads to the admin vs my Advertiser account. So when I click on My Account as an Advertiser I don't see anything; should I be able to for Free ads?
