The three custom posts types are not listed any longer in the Types->Custom Types and Taxonomies screen.
I did have to do a search and replace in the database. The url of the development site was http://domainname/site/ and the client added a lot of post and product information that used this /site/ url. The SSL we are using needs the /site/ out of the urls.
We tried to restore a backup but my IT guy was only keeping 7 days of full backups and no daily database backups. It was over a week when we realized the problem so the only backup we have that has the post types in it is from July. So we either need to fix the current database (preferable) or we have to rebuild everything we did in the last 6 months.
We are willing to pay someone to fix the current database.
