Just noticed an issue with the patch sent to address this post http://wp-types.com/forums/topic/pagination-views-1-4-dissapears-when/
Basically, if the user is logged in, the pagination works fine.
If the user is not logged in, the pagination appears, but pages do not change. This happens both for page refresh or view only refresh.
