Errm, but first of all there is an option to search in title only and I have this selected. Secondly, I had this selected yesterday too and it worked before upgrading today. It just searched in title and gave me one single result, as I expected it to. Today is gave me several. So I do not think that the filter search box is designed to search in titles and content.
