Display all the possible value of a particular custom field on front-end

Hi,
i'm looking for a way to display all the possible value of a particular custom field outside of the scope of a post.
I'v create a custom field which is a set of radio buttons
The idea will be to display all the possible value of it without having to loop twice throw the post.
The goal is to make a post's filter
