How to display the content (the_content()) of the editor field

Hi,

I've been back and forth with this but I don't seem to understand how to extract the Content of the new Post Type I have created.
I see instructions on how to extract the fields but not seen any thing about the the_content() or the_title() for that matter?

I am creating custom post types for different elements of the site I am building and need to pull out only one of those elements at a time.

For example, I have very specific H3 titles I am creating for the home page and want to be able to give my client a way to easily manage that.

I have installed Types, created the Custom Post Types I need but now I do not know how to extract that content from the DB.

I normally did this in the past using Posts and Categories and then know how to extract it using PHP but that does not work for Types.

The closet I have come is this help file but it gives no examples?

http://wp-types.com/documentation/views-php-integration/

I'd appreciate the help.

Thank you.
