Please describe about the following to track the issue.

1) Are you using English version of WordPress
2) Your OS and PHP version
3) Other Plug-ins you are using
4) Your theme

Please take a backup, then check it after switching back to default 2012 theme. If issue exists deactivate other plug-ins and confirm issue exists.
